Your Call Script 📞
Sound natural and confident — guide, don’t read. Smile, it carries. Treat each lead like gold.
⭐ The model — the demo closes the sale, on the first call
It’s already built
The personalized demo is live before you dial — the link is in their row. Either their website fully redesigned or a working chatbot on their current site. Nothing is built between calls.
Get them to SEE it
Your one job: get them to open the demo while you’re still on the phone — that’s where the sale happens. Email in the row? It’s sent. Not there? Grab it the moment they’re hooked and send it as you talk.
Lead with what their row says they need — dated / no site → the redesigned website; already has a site → the 24/7 chatbot. Then offer the other piece as a 20%-off bundle on the same call.
The call — explain the gap, get them to SEE the demo, close
- Open (intro + value in one breath).
“Hi, am I speaking with someone at {Business}? Awesome — my name’s {Agent}, I’m with SMB AI. We help local businesses like yours save time and stop losing customers. Give me 30 seconds and I’ll show you exactly what I mean — fair?”
Genuine compliment from prep (“love what you’ve built / great reviews”). Don’t leave a gap after the 30 seconds — go straight in.
🔥 HOT lead (flagged: they already OPENED their demo)? Skip the cold open — call them FIRST and go warm: “I noticed you had a look at the new site we built for {Business} — what did you think? Pull it up again, let me show you the part most owners miss.”
- Name the gap (no pause).
Dated / no site:
“We took a look at your website and it’s falling behind — that quietly costs you, because people who land on a dated site click to the next place. We rebuild it modern, fast, perfect on phones.”
Chatbot (they have a site): “Do you have a chatbot capturing leads while you’re closed? That’s the leak — people land at night, get no answer, call the next place. We fix it: 24/7, one payment, no subscription.”
- Get the demo in front of them (THIS is the close).
“Here’s the thing — I’ve already built it for you. Want to see it? Check your inbox, I’m sending it right now — open the link. That’s your own business, [redesigned / with a live assistant]. Have a look.”
No email on file? Don’t ask cold — once they’re hooked: “What’s the best email for you? Sending it this second, open it while we talk.” Keep them on the line until they actually open it.
- Close — pay now.
“To get started it’s a one-time {price} ($350 for the assistant, or your tier price for the site), includes 15 days of free revisions, no subscription. There’s a QR code / link — scan to pay through Stripe, 30 seconds. Text it or email it?”
Objections: rebut twice (page 5). Still no → bundle pivot or reschedule — and send everything anyway.
- Offer the bundle (both pieces, 20% off — same call).
“Best value — your assistant plus the new website together normally runs ${anchor}, but I can do TWENTY percent off the whole thing — that’s ${bundle}. Want the complete setup so it all works as one?”
Closes the bundle = best result + best commission ($70). Payment-link rule on page 2.
- ⭐ Payment lands → welcome + DREAM WEBSITE INTAKE (page 3) + book the care call.
“Perfect — welcome aboard! 🎉 Now, while I’ve got you — five quick questions so our team builds this exactly the way you want it.” → All 5 answers to your manager, ONE message.
Pricing & payment links
Chatbot only
One-time $350, 15 days of revisions, no subscription. Send the chatbot link from their row.
Website / bundle
The 20% off is the only discount — land hard on “twenty percent.” Bundle = assistant + website at ${bundle} instead of ${anchor}.
⚠️ WHICH PAYMENT LINK DO YOU SEND? (read twice)
Taking the bundle or the website in one go → the regular link from their row. But if they already paid just the $350 chatbot and are adding the website later, NEVER send the regular bundle link — it would charge the $350 again. Send the UPGRADE link below: the $350 is already credited, so they only pay the difference.
Easy rule: bundle / website in one go → regular link from their row. Paid the $350 chatbot, adding the web later → upgrade link from this table. The lead’s tier is in their row in your Excel.
The #1 skill — get them to OPEN the demo on the call
The sale lives in the moment they see their own business modernized. Never accept “I’ll look later.” Send it while you’re talking, walk them to the inbox, and narrate what they’re seeing.
- Email in their row? It’s already sent — “check your inbox, open the link I just sent.”
- No email? The second they’re hooked (“want to see how we’d fix that?”), grab it: “what’s the best email for you?” — then send it and open it together.
- Stall (“send it, I’ll check later”)? “It’s ten seconds and it’s literally your own business — go ahead, tell me what you see.”
💳 They paid! The dream website intake — same call, 5 minutes
The moment payment lands, excitement is at its peak — that’s when you interview them so our team turns the demo into the website of their dreams. Ask the five questions in order and write every answer down.
- Look & colors.
“Do you want to keep the colors and style of the demo, or change anything? Any brand colors or a logo we should match?”
- Sections to add.
“Is there any section you’d like to add? Photo gallery, menu or price list, reviews, about us, booking, FAQ, promotions…”
- Things to change.
“Looking at the demo, is there anything you’d like us to modify? Photos, texts, prices, hours, services…”
- Socials + contact check.
“Can you share your social media links — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok? And let me confirm your contact details: phone, email, address, business hours.”
Read back what we have — the site must launch with zero wrong data.
- 🔑 Domain access — don’t skip it.
“To put the new site live on your web address, our tech team needs access to your domain — GoDaddy, Google Domains, Squarespace… Do you know where it’s registered? Can you share the login or add us as a user?”
Don’t know? Our team guides them by email. No domain at all? Even easier — we set one up for them.
📤 Send it in — same day. Right after the call, send ALL five answers to your manager in one single message: colors (keep/change) · sections to add · changes requested · social links · confirmed contact details · domain situation. One complete message = their dream site gets built fast and right.
The care call — the check-in (2–3 days after the sale)
Book it at the end of the sale call. This call is care, not selling. Confirm everything works, fix anything off, then tell them they have a tech team. It’s our retention + referral engine — never skip it.
- Verify everything’s okay.
“Hey {Name}, it’s {Agent} from SMB AI — just checking in like I promised. How’s it all running? Is the assistant answering the way you want, and is the new site looking right?”
Anything off → “Got it, I’ll have our team fix that today — covered under your 15 days of revisions.” Never let a complaint sit.
- Plant the technical department (only once they’re happy — deliver it like a favor, not a pitch):
“One more thing — now that you’re with SMB AI you’re not just a customer, you’ve got a whole technical department behind you. Anything tech or digital giving you a headache — your website, email, Google listing, social media, online ordering, a slow computer, software that won’t behave — just tell us and our team sorts it out. You’ve got people now.”
- Soft referral ask (only if the call is warm):
“And if you know another owner drowning in missed calls or stuck with an old site — send them my way, I’ll take great care of them just like you.”
Why this call matters: it kills buyer’s remorse, makes you their one call for anything digital (retention), turns them into a referral source (“I’ve got people now”), and every problem they bring back is the next paid project (more commission). Log it: check-in done / issues fixed / tech-dept offer made / referral asked.
Objections — rebut 2 times, then pivot / reschedule
1st rebuttal — handle + re-ask
“Too expensive” → “It pays for itself with the after-hours customers you’re losing — and it’s one-time, not a monthly bill. Shall we get you set up?”
“Need to think” → “Totally fair — what’s holding you back, price or whether it’ll work? 15 days of revisions, zero risk. Let’s lock it in.”
“I have a guy / a site already” → “Perfect, this rides on top — the demo you’re looking at is already built on YOUR business. Want it live this week?”
“Send me an email / I’ll look later” → “I’ll send it right now while we’re on — it takes ten seconds to open and it’s literally your own business. Go ahead, tell me what you see.” (Never let the demo wait — open it together.)
2nd rebuttal — final push
“Tell you what — one payment, you own it, 15 days to change anything. If we lock it in right now, I’ll personally make sure it’s set up perfectly. Shall we?”
If still no → offer the other piece as the 20% bundle, or reschedule 3 days and send everything anyway.
Voicemail (no answer) — short, drive to the email
“Hi, this is {Agent} with SMB AI — we build 24/7 booking assistants and modern websites for businesses like {Business}. I already put together a working demo on your own business — emailing it now, take a look in 30 seconds. Like it? Call me back at {number} or reply to that email. Talk soon!”
- Leave it on the 1st missed attempt; send the demo + PDF the same day.
- Maximum 3 attempts, then remove the lead from the list.
Remember before going live
- The demo is already built — show it on the call. Every lead’s demo (redesigned site or live chatbot) is live before you dial; the link is in their row. No more “built between calls.”
- Email logic: in the row → the demo’s already sent. Missing → grab it the moment they’re hooked and send it as you talk. Never hang up before they’ve opened the demo.
- Lead with their need: dated / no site → website demo; has a site → chatbot. Offer the other as the 20% bundle.
- The 20% is the only discount. Keep the “because you’re a customer” framing believable.
- Always log the outcome: paid / care-call booked / objection / removed.
- The care call is mandatory after every sale. Care first (verify + fix under the 15-day window), then plant the technical department — we handle any tech/digital problem in their business. Retention + referrals + repeat work.
- 🔥 HOT leads jump the queue. We track when an owner opens their demo. Flagged HOT → call first, warm open (“I noticed you had a look…”) — never the cold open.
- 💳 The dream website intake is mandatory the moment a client pays (same call, page 3): colors · sections · changes · socials + contact check · domain access. All five answers to your manager in ONE message, same day.
