The Filipino Businesses Playbook

These are Filipino-owned family businesses in LA & NY. You are kababayan — that is your unfair advantage. Open warm, sound like family, and follow the one rule below: email first when we have it, then call.

⭐ The one rule — check the lead’s pitch_first column
PATH AHas a website + we built their demo — pitch_first = ASSISTANT

EMAIL FIRST, then call. We already built them a working preview of their own site with a 24/7 assistant. Send the email on page 2 with the demo_url link first, give it a few hours, then call and open with: “Na-receive niyo po yung email — did you get a chance to see the website I built you?” The site does the selling; the call just walks them through it and closes.

PATH BNo website at all — pitch_first = NEW WEBSITE

The website is their lifesaver — offer it like one. Most of this batch has nothing online: when people search for them on Google, they don’t exist — kumakain na sila sa iba. There’s no email to send first, so you call and show the showroom demo of their trade live (demo_url), hit 🎨 “Make it yours,” type their business name, and let them watch their own name land on a premium site. Easiest call you’ll make.

Never guess. The lead’s row already tells you: pitch_first = ASSISTANT → Path A (email first). pitch_first = NEW WEBSITE → Path B (sell the site live). If there’s an email in the row, it goes out before you dial.
🇸️ The kababayan open (use it on every call)
“Hi po, am I speaking with the owner of {Business}? Kumusta po! My name’s [Your Name], kababayan niyo po — I’m calling from SMB AI. We help small businesses — lalo na po ang mga Filipino-owned na negosyo — stop losing customers online. Give me 30 seconds lang po and I’ll show you what I mean — okay lang po ba?”

Word-for-word

Exact words — the email & the openers

✉️ PATH A — the email you send FIRST (copy/paste, swap the brackets)
Then call. Give the email a few hours, then dial and open after the kababayan line with: “Na-receive niyo po yung email — did you get to see the site I built for you? Let me walk you through it real quick po.” Pull up the same demo_url and run the demo.
🎬 PATH B — no website (the lifesaver open, said live on the call)
“Pahintayin niyo po ako sandali — tingnan niyo po ito. When someone searches ‘{your trade} near me’ on Google right now, hindi kayo lumalabas — kumakain na sila, or booking na sila, sa iba. You’re basically invisible online, and it’s costing you customers every single day.”
“So let me fix that for you right now. This is what a brand-new site for a {trade} looks like when we build it…” — open demo_url, hit 🎨 “Make it yours,” type their business name, flip a color or two. Pause. Let them react.
“Everything you just saw gets built with your logo, your photos, your menu and your real reviews — one-time payment, walang subscription. This is your business finally showing up online, po. Gusto niyo po bang gawin natin ito?”
Plant the assistant seed even on Path B: open the chat bubble in the demo and book a fake appointment — “and this assistant po answers and books your customers 24/7, kahit 2am.” The website is the yes; the assistant is the easy bundle on top — and taking both together is 20% off: “the two po would be $997, pero sabay-sabay you get 20% off — $797 one-time, that’s it.”

Defend the yes

The 6 “no”s — exactly what to say

The 3-step move for ANY objection: 1) Acknowledge (“totally fair po, I hear that a lot”) → 2) Reframe (flip it into the reason to look) → 3) Ask (end on a small, easy yes). Agree first, never argue.

I’m not interested.

“No problem po — most owners say that before they see it. I already built you a free working preview of your own site that answers customers 24/7. Can I send it so you decide in 30 seconds? If it’s not for you, sasabihin niyo lang and I’m gone.”

I don’t have time right now.

“I get it po — that’s exactly why I built this. It answers the calls and messages you don’t have time for. 30 seconds lang now, or tell me a better time and I’ll call back.”

I already have a website.

“Perfect — I actually used your real site to build this. The difference is it now talks back: answers questions, takes bookings, captures the customers who leave when nobody replies. Want to see yours with that on?”

It’s too expensive / wala akong budget.

“Fair po — that’s why it’s a one-time payment, hindi monthly. If it books you one extra customer, bayad na siya. Ilang missed calls a week would it take to cover that once?”

Just send me an email / I’ll think about it.

“Happy to po — and so I send the right thing: is it the price you want to think about, or whether it’ll actually work for you? … Then let me show you the 30-second preview right now so ‘thinking about it’ is easy.”

I need to talk to my asawa / partner.

“Smart po, you should. Let me send the live preview and a one-page summary you can show them tonight. What would they need to see to say yes? … Perfect, I’ll put exactly that in front of you.”

Feel · Felt · Found: when stuck — “I understand how you feel po; other owners felt the same; what they found was that it paid for itself with the first booking.”   Two rebuttals max, stay warm, then politely move on.

Your money

100% commission — & why these prices are lower

💰 Your commission on every closed & paid sale (Filipino batch = Starter tier)
What you sellPriceYour cash
AI Assistant (chatbot)$350$30
Website$647$50
Bundle (website + assistant)$997 $797 20% OFF$70

Pure commission — no base salary, no cap, no ceiling. You get paid cash on every sale that closes and clears — that’s it. The bundle pays you the most ($70) and gives the owner 20% off ($997 → $797), so always reach for both.

~$840/mo
Close just 3 bundles a week and that’s about $840 a month in commission — built one call at a time, 100% yours. Every extra yes is pure upside: there is no limit on what you can earn here.
🧾 Why these businesses get a reduced price (say it with pride)
Frame it on the call like this: “Kasi po small family business kayo, you get our special starter price — one-time lang, hindi monthly. This is the easiest yes you’ll make today, and it works for you 24/7 from tomorrow.”
