Treat every lead like GOLD 🥇

Attached is your starter list: 50 hand-picked businesses, each one fully prepped by our AI. These are real owners with real money on the table — there are no “throwaway” calls. One at a time. Study them first, call them personally, close on the call.

What’s in each row

Every lead comes with: phone · email (to send the demo live on the call) · the hook (who they are, where, what they do) · pitch_first (what to open with) · their prices · payment links · and their live demo URL. Everything you need is already there — you just read it off.

pitch_first = ASSISTANT → standard play: open with the chatbot.  pitch_first = WEB REDESIGN → their site is dated: still open with the chatbot, but this lead is a strong website candidate — lean harder into the redesign on Call 2, and it’s your best fallback if they refuse the chatbot.

Before every call — 5 minutes of prep

  1. Open their row — name, hook, prices, pitch_first flag.
  2. Look at their website AND their demo — know what they’ll see before they see it.
  3. Find ONE genuine positive thing — reviews, a service, years in business — to open with.
  4. Have their email ready — the demo goes out the moment they’re interested.

The golden rules

  1. Never burn a lead. Rebut twice with confidence; on the 3rd “no”, don’t beg — pivot to the website and book Call 2.
  2. No answer? Reschedule. Maximum 3 attempts, then remove from the list.
  3. Any interest = email the demo + PDF the same day, even if they didn’t buy on the call.
  4. Log every outcome — closed, callback time, objection notes, removed.
  5. Payment lands → book Call 2 on the spot and tell Daniel the same day (business + their website + Call-2 date/time).
