⭐ The process — what to open with (check the lead’s row)

1. pitch_first: ASSISTANT (the standard play). Always open with the chat assistant — Call 1 sells the $350 chatbot on their own site, the redesigned-website reveal comes on Call 2. This is the default for every lead with a decent website.
2. pitch_first: WEB REDESIGN (their website is OLD). The exception: their site is dated, and that’s the pain they feel. Open by selling the new website — show the showroom site for their trade (“this is the level we build”), book Call 2 for their personalized demo. The assistant comes in after, as the add-on / 20% bundle.
3. pitch_first: NEW WEBSITE (they have no site). There’s nowhere for a bot to live yet — sell the website first using their trade’s showroom demo, then bundle the assistant on top.
4. Any lead says NO to the chatbot (after 2 rebuttals) → Path B. Don’t push a third time — pivot: “No worries at all. Let me show you something instead — this is what a brand-new site for a {trade} looks like when we build it…” Open their trade from the hub and run the 60-second choreography below.

⏱ The 60-second choreography (screen share or send the link)

1. Open their trade from the hub (2 clicks).
2. Hit 🎨 “Make it yours” (bottom-left) and type their business name — the whole site re-brands instantly. Pause. Let them react.
3. Flip 2–3 color themes: “any colors you want — these are just presets.”
4. Toggle a section off/on: “don’t want a gallery? Gone. Want it back? Back.”
5. Open the chat bubble (bottom-right) and book a fake appointment: “this assistant answers and books your customers 24/7, even at 2am.” — yes, even on a website-first call you still plant the chatbot seed here.
6. Close: “Everything you just saw gets built with your logo, your photos, your services and your real reviews — one-time payment, no subscriptions.”

⚠ The rules

1. These are generic concept demos — never claim the photos or reviews are the prospect’s. The line is: “this is the level of site we build for your industry.”
2. The personalized demo with their real brand still comes between Call 1 and Call 2 (built by the team from their current site), exactly as your playbook says. The showroom is your hook, not the final reveal.
3. Trade not listed? Show the closest one and say we build for any industry — then flag it in your NOTES so the team adds that trade.
